Scott Badger began his real estate career in 2000 as a residential appraiser in Walla Walla, Washington. In 2014, he relocated to Seattle, earned his Realtor license, and transitioned into real estate sales—where he quickly flourished. 

With more than two decades of industry experience, Scott has appraised over 12,000 homes and closed more than $140 million in real estate sales. His unique background in both appraisal and sales allows him to provide clients with a strategic advantage when buying, selling, building, or investing. Scott is dedicated to helping each client identify opportunities and make confident, informed real estate decisions.

Now Scott is licensed as an Appraiser and Realtor in both Washington and Arizona to help our clients with all their real estate needs in both states.
