With more than two decades of industry experience, Scott has appraised over 12,000 homes and closed more than $140 million in real estate sales. His unique background in both appraisal and sales allows him to provide clients with a strategic advantage when buying, selling, building, or investing. Scott is dedicated to helping each client identify opportunities and make confident, informed real estate decisions.
Now Scott is licensed as an Appraiser and Realtor in both Washington and Arizona to help our clients with all their real estate needs in both states.
Alayna Badger has been a Realtor with Badger Real Estate since 2017 and brings a strong background in marketing, management, and client service. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Leadership as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (both from Arizona State University) giving her a unique blend of professionalism, organization, and people-focused care.
As the Transaction Coordinator, Alayna oversees daily operations and manages every detail behind the scenes to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for clients. Her commitment to communication, efficiency, and exceptional service helps keep each transaction on track from start to finish.
